Mixed Martial Arts Classes (MMA), involve the stand up striking of Russian Sambo and Western boxing, elbows, kicks and knees, mixed in with clinch work (stand up grappling) and the throws and takedowns of Russian Sambo and Freestyle Wrestling. MMA also involves grappling and striking on the floor. The Dynamo G team have had good success in Mixed Martial Arts competition. Classes are open to everyone of any experience.

Sambo classes are training in the sport side of Russian Sambo. This involves the throws and takedowns of Russian Sambo (wearing the jacket aka Kurtka) and how to correctly apply them. Also the grappling/wrestling of Russian Sambo, using the arm bars, shoulder locks and leg locks of the art. Classes are open to everyone of any experience.
